Voting Rights Data was released in June 2026. This data assess the quality of laws ensuring that all citizens are able to exercise their right to vote by making registration widely accessible and removing barriers to casting a vote, such as by ensuring paid time off to vote, scheduling elections on a weekend or public
holiday, having early in-person voting, establishing polling hours that allow time to vote, or making postal voting widely available. The titles of the legislative sources used to construct this data are included in the data dictionary.
